这是—条5米多长的大白鲨，三角形脊背像一把锋利的锯刀，能轻而易举地割断几厘米粗的尼龙绳。

大白鲨正朝着摄影游来，徽张的嘴里露出几排尖利的牙齿，一双被瞳孔的瞪着的眼睛发出毛骨悚然的冷光。

大白鲨静静地游向防鲨笼，突然一转身准备离去，就在它将要离开的瞬间，通然转过身来，一下子把鼻子插入防鲨的铁条之间并用力扭动身体，试图挤进防鲨笼。

摄影师仍然全身贯注地拍摄，并不在意大白鲨的举动。

大白鲨狂怒地翻腾，铁条开始弯曲，不安和恐惧开始向摄影师袭来。

大白鲨的另一武器是几排尖刀似的利牙，不过它们很松驰地长在牙床上，撕咬、吞食猎物时很容易脱落和碎裂。

但是这并不妨碍它进行捕猎和进食，因为几天以后鲨鱼的后排牙移到前排，每6- 12月，鲨鱼的牙齿全部更换一次。

大白鲨的头部长着一个突出的圆锥形鼻子，极像狗鼻子“海上死亡犬”的绰号由此而来。

　　大白鲨一旦了现猎物，行动异常迅猛，往往是猎物还没反应过来，它已经出现在猎物面前。

大白鲨很少与猎物拼死搏斗，而是把对手咬得鲜血直流，继而马上松口，让其漫漫流血，然后瞅准机会再去咬一口。

这样反复进行几次，直到猎物流血过多动弹不得时才去慢慢吞食猎物。

大白鲨的狡猾还表现在捕猎食物时采取欺骗的手法。

它们总是漫不经心地游向猎物，然后假装毫无兴趣地离开，待猎物放松警惕时，它迅速出现在猎物面前，使猎物措手不及，只好束手待毙。

对人为投放的诱饵或者海中的漂浮物大白鲨并不急于吞食，而是绕圈观察，小心冀翼地接近目标，觉得万无一失时，才迅速冲向目标。

　　大白鲨并不总是嗜血成性。

一次暴食之后的大白鲨可以几个星期不猎食，此时的大白鲨很少有攻击性，除非它遭到攻击。

有时溺水者或者游泳的人突然遇到大白鲨，大白鲨绕着他们滑行，惊恐万状的人们感到死到临头，然而大白鲨却悄悄地游走了。

人们庆幸自己逃过一次劫难，殊不知他们碰到的是一条饱食后游荡的大白鲨，对食物已不感兴趣了。

有人曾用大量的鱼、肉、血作诱饵逗引饱食后的大白鲨，大白鲨只是围着食物游来游去，平时的贪婪踪影全无。
