Ive just fininshed reading the first 4 Harry Potter books for about the 5th time through, and theyre just as magical and affecting as they have ever been. Everything is in here: suspense, adventure, mystery, humour, danger. Theres even some pretty satisfying paybacks. The characters are fantastic and fantastically realistic. There are bad people who turn out to be good guys and good people who turn out to be bad guys, just like life.

I think the thing I like best about these books is the message that its okay to be different - to be not "normal." I would love for everyone in school to have hear that message. It would probably reduce the bullying around the school.

These books value real thoughts. Much has been made of Harrys rule breaking, but only once in the series so far does he break a rule for arbitrary personal gain. Most of the time he makes a decision that whats right is more important than whats written. And you know what? Lifes like that sometimes. I think its great that kids are getting an example of how to do whats right even when it involves breaking rules. The Potter books also show that there are consequences for rule breaking. If not getting caught and getting a detention, then a spell going wrong and someone getting turned into a cat. This shows that when you make a decision to go against the rules that things may not go as you expected and you have to take responsibility for the outcome.

寒假期间，我读了《怎样成为一名优秀的英语教师》这本书感受颇深。

本书从始至终贯穿一条主旨就是：要实现有效教学，人力资源胜过技术资源。而且书中特别强调，教师所能利用和开发的最重要的人力资源就是自己的个人品质或素养。就这一点我做为一个老师深有

做一名优秀的教师应该具备的一些素质及条件，对这一点我作了以下几个思考。

首先、必须具有丰富的英语专业理论知识，英语教师没有较高的专业水平，也就谈不上优秀。

第二、必须具有良好的道德品质和人格魅力，热爱教育事业，热爱本职工作，具有奉献精神，具有强烈的责任感、事业心。这是职业道德要求，一名教师专业能力再强，如果思想上有问题，责任感不强，不喜欢学生，甚至道德品质有问题，他也不可能成为一名优秀的教师。

第三、必须具有系统而全面的教育学、心理学知识，具有较强的教学能力，懂得不同年龄段学生的身心特点，能运用合理的教学方法，使学生得到最大限度的发展。这是教师职业的要求，一名教师虽然有较高的专业水平，也有满腔的教学热情，但如果不懂得教育教学规律，其必然会走“弯路”，当然离优秀就还有一段距离了。

看这本书，我想也就是中了标题，向来，我看书，都是看标题先，这可真是符合了我找对象也得看外貌的习惯了，这书的标题，首先吸引了，也没仔细翻，看着书的价格不贵，也就买了回来，自己阅读，利用一切闲暇时间，读完了这本书，书是前几天已经读完了，我习惯读书做

为了顺利完成这次读后感，刚才又迅速翻阅了一下自己做的笔记，有笔记这时候显示了它的优势，帮助我回忆了书本的内容，整体上，我认为这是一本偏理论的书本，书本开篇介绍了我国英语教学法的演变进程，我现在能想起的就是包天仁，因为当时大概是初中吧，一直做这个人主编的一类报纸，时间太久远了，报纸名字也不记得了，只记住了这个名字，然后，这让我想起了现在浙江教育界的葛炳芳老师，大概也是和他一样出名的英语教学界的大家。当然，本人见过葛炳芳老师本人，还是非常荣幸的。

然后书本的一些章节还是介绍了一些实用的教学方法，主要还是讲到了，作为一名新时代的英语老师，要有不断进取的精神，要有不断专研的态度，以及一些具体的课堂、专研教学的防范，比如，合理实用网络，比如，在英语课堂上给学生取一些英文名字，然后就是最后一章节里写到了要善于利用网络，帮助教学。

读完整本书，收获比较大的地方，还是通过这位作者，了解了英语教学在我国的发展史，是如何演变到如今这种形式的，以及现阶段下，对于英语教学目标的要求。总体上来说还是受益的。

作为一名高中英语教师，兼任本校高二、高三年级的教学，我始终认为，不管我是自己专研教材、听有经验老师上课、还是阅读相关书籍也好，最终要去做的就是付之于行动，以及专注用心的去做好每一件事，就如同我经常和我学生们讲的一句话，“我可以接受你暂时不够优秀，但我不可以接受你不努力以及不够谦虚！”这句话同样送给我自己。

一、广阔的学术视野

想要成为一名优秀的英语教师，没有足够的理论基础就难以站到研究者的角度。作为一个教师，必须具备所教学科的知识；同时应还具备教育学和心理学方面的知识。教师的主要任务是“教书育人”，在知识逐渐信息化的今天，一名知识功底深厚、教育观念、教法灵活的教师，在课堂上方能拔动学生的心弦，才能满足学生的求知欲。在教师的引导下，学生的自主学习、合作学习、探究学习才可以深入地展开。任何时候教师的主导作用都是不容怀疑的。要让学生爱学、会学、学会、学好，教师必须爱教、会教，才能教会、教好。

二、高超的教育智慧

作为教师，我们面对的是一个个性格迥异的孩子，与学生的互动决定了真实的课堂效果。如何与学生打交道并走进他们的心灵，这就需要我们有高超的教育智慧。本书中针对如何学会与学生打交道作出了具体阐述，这对于我有很大的触动。

看了以后老师也让我们说说自己对妈妈的爱，同学们一个个争先恐后的说着对妈妈的爱。生活中我知道不只是妈妈的爱，还有老师、爸爸、爷爷、奶奶、外婆……我们谁也比不过那种无私的爱，那一份份爱滋润着我们健康快乐的成长。

今天我终于读完了《猜猜我有多爱你》这本书。它的主要内容是：

小栗色兔子该上床睡觉了，但是，它紧紧地抓住大栗色兔子的耳朵不放。他要大兔子听他说：“猜猜我有多爱你。”小兔子想尽办法让他的爱变大，可是，大兔子的爱，始终比小兔子多。到晚上了，小兔子对大兔子说：“我爱你一直到月亮那里。”说完小兔子便睡着了。然后，大兔子躺在小兔子的身边，微笑着轻声说：“我爱你一直到月亮那里，再从月亮上回来。”

我读完这本书，非常感动。虽然这本书很短，但是他却表示母爱和父爱的无私。父母对孩子的爱要远远比孩子对父母的爱要多。

今天，我看了一本书，书名是《猜猜我有多爱你》。故事的内容是兔妈妈和兔宝宝在讨论到底谁最爱谁。它们通过比手臂的长短，把自己倒立起来一直到脚趾头的距离，跳上跳下的高度等等，用了很多方法，结果还是兔妈妈更爱小兔子。

看了这个故事，我很受感动。其实，每个爸爸妈妈都最爱自己的宝宝。我的妈妈就像兔妈妈爱兔宝宝那样的爱我。每天照顾我，送我上学，辅导我学习。我现在长大了，我也要像妈妈照顾我一样照顾妈妈。
